So good to use, on your back, shoulders, legs and arms for some self care!  Just roll around at a desired degree of pressure and relax!  Lean into it against the wall for back pain relief.  At 7cm it is not too big so it is very easy to use.  These ones are great for those who love a firm massage.  They don't give.
