Remedial Massage by an experienced and qualified therapist will ensure that you walk back out the room feeling better than when you arrived.

How experienced is Andrea...  I have worked as a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist since 2010, and during this time I have worked with many different clients, including elite sportsman and woman in sports such as Rugby Union, Rugby League, Netball, Basketball, Water Polo, Tennis, Swimming, Marathon Walkers and Runners and Triathletes.

Many of these were International and National teams and individuals travelling to and within Australia. I was contracted to these teams while they were here in Australia.

Another group of clients I have had the pleasure of working with include International Superstars in Pop, RnB and Rock entertainers who have travelled to Australia and require some de-stress, relaxation and injury management.

I have also worked with clients who have had pain and soreness from injury's to everyday actives and work related injuries too.  

When I help you with pain and injuries I do so in a gentle manner as to not cause further pain or injury, I communicate with you to gauge the depth of pressure that you like, need and want.  

Various methods of massage are utilised during the session with me.  These can include some gentle stretching and joint play to help mobilise the soft tissues.
