There are generally three reasons people book remedial massage:

➡ Weekly or fortnightly sessions are often recommended in the beginning to reduce inflammation, break pain cycles and restore movement.
2. You’re preventing issues or supporting performance
➡ Fortnightly to monthly massage works well for athletes, tradies, and active people wanting to stay mobile, strong, and injury-free.
3. You’re managing stress, tension or fatigue
➡ Monthly sessions help release built-up tension, reset your nervous system, and keep the body in balance.
