A Day in the Life at BSPOKR with Andrea

Running a small business while juggling a career as a remedial massage therapist and keeping up with mum duties? Yes, it's a lot. But somehow, Bspokr fits into the beautiful chaos of it all. Here's what a real day looks like for me.
Morning: The Juggle Begins
Mornings in our house are busy, like most households with children and working parents!! There's school lunches to make, kids to wrangle, and a to-do list that's already growing before Adrian's had his first coffee. Once the school run is done, I get a moment to breathe and that's usually when I check in on our Bspokr clients and messages.
Clinic Days
A big chunk of my week is spent in the treatment room as a remedial massage therapist. I love my work. There's something really fulfilling about helping people feel better in their bodies. But it's physical and mentally demanding, and by the end of a full clinic day, my hands have done a lot of work! We are looking forward to the next few months when we will be bringing in some new and amazing projects to help offset the amount of hands on time for me!
On clinic days, our new projects and study takes a back seat and that's okay. I've learned to be realistic about what I can fit in.
The In-Between Moments
This is where the magic happens. A spare hour between clients. The kids' after school activities. Late evenings once everyone's settled. These are the pockets of time where Bspokr's future comes to life, where I'm working on new pieces or planning what's next.
Why BSPOKR Matters to Me
Being a mum and a therapist means I spend a lot of my time caring for others, and that's something I take seriously. But lately I've been going deeper into my own wellbeing journey too. I'm really passionate about exploring different wellbeing modalities and the world of biohacking, understanding how we can optimise how we feel, how we recover, and how we show up every day.
Bspokr is an extension of that philosophy. It's about living intentionally, making thoughtful choices, and not settling for one size fits all. Whether that's in health, in lifestyle, or in what you wear and carry with you every day.
To Every Busy Woman Out There
If you're reading this and thinking "I don't know how she does it" honestly, some days I don't either! But if you have something you love, you find the time. Even if it's just an hour here and there.
